Careerlink Group is engaged in the clerical human resources service business and the manufacturing human resources service business, and the clerical human resources service business consists of Business process outsourcing, Customer relationship management, and Office services. In addition, the manufacturing human resources service business consists of the Food processing category and the Manufacturing of confectionery, and in recent years, the BPO-related business division has grown mainly through transactions with local governments.
However, in the fiscal year ending March 2024, sales and profits decreased year-on-year due to the termination of large-scale orders in the BPO-related business division and the inability to achieve the expected order volume.
We would like to express our deepest apologies to our shareholders for this result, and based on these achievements, the Group has begun to work on process renewal and promotion of DX in BPO business operation technology, including efficient business operation and quality control, in order to further expand transactions with local governments. We are also working to enhance our network of bases in the manufacturing human resources service business, and we intend to achieve sustainable growth once again.
